The T4mpat Self Storage facility at Jl Cokrominoto, Denpasar, was a large 1,000 square meter building, where we started our first self-storage facility in 2017. Over the years, we have served thousands of customers and gained valuable experience and knowledge to help us improve the services and facilities we offer. To those past customers and the ones who are still with us, we would like to extend a heartfelt thank you for your support. Part of what we learned during the last eight years is that, contrary to popular perception, the belief that a storage facility in Bali must be air-conditioned or run dehumidifiers to avoid mold is entirely false. We operated with a well-ventilated building and experienced very few cases of customers’ belongings getting moldy. These occurred mainly because customers placed items that were still damp into storage or because items were inadequately packed for long-term storage.  During our relocation of over 150 storage units to the new storage facility, we were able to see the condition of all existing customers' belongings, some of which have been in storage with us since we opened in 2017 and are still in perfect condition. Our other storage locations do run dehumidifiers as an extra precaution and to meet customer expectations, but we can clearly see that they are only required during periods of high precipitation. Take it from us: we’ve been in this business here in Bali for eight years, we know what we are talking about.
